Upon receiving the item, we will inspect the product and refund your money. Please note that this can take up to 3 business days on average and the amount will be credited to your attached payment method.
Once we receive the product, our staff will inspect it for claimed damages or verify incorrect order specifications to proceed with a replacement. In case you want something in a different color or material, we will exchange the product and ship it back to you within (add a range of time) days.
Return and replacement conditions

- The customer must contact Classico’s support within 30 days of receiving their order. In case of later inquiry, you will not be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement
